Dear Parents and Guardians, I hope your children are enjoying The Stoneridge School and establishing their routines during pre and post-school hours. Children obtaining ample sleep time is critical to their brain and physical development. Studies have shown that kids who regularly get an adequate amount of sleep have improved attention, behavior, learning, memory, and overall mental and physical health. Children aged 3-5 years should aim to get 10- 13 hours, including naps.
